From handbags to shoes and everything in between, denim is a huge trend for spring and summer 2024. What was once thought of as casual (remember casual/jeans Friday in the late 90s?) is now a wardrobe staple suitable for any day of the week. But, how do you pull it off without looking too dressed down or juvenile? Read on to find out.

Dress it up or down

Denim is huge this season and extremely versatile. Wear with heels to elevate your look or go casual chic by switching out heels with some flat sandals, ballet flats, or sneakers.

Denim on denim is another trend I’ve been seeing. Pair a light wash jacket with white denim jeans, darker wash jeans, or even the same wash jeans or denim trousers. Anything goes!

Denim skirts

Denim skirts are a great way to take advantage of the denim trend, especially during those sunny summer days. Try different lengths and washes and pair with accessories that pull the look together. Just like jeans, you can dress up and down simply by switching out your shoes.

Denim handbags and shoes

If you aren’t a jeans person but you still want to enjoy the trend, incorporate accessories like denim shoes or a handbag.
